Evaluation, interview and award of selected tenderer based on price and quality criteria
Stage 5 | Construction
As contract administrator:

Conduct site meetings and site inspections

Certify value of work done by contractor

Review shop drawings
Stage 6 | Final Completion

Ensure timely completion of project and handover of site to client

Obtain TOP/CSC and TFP/FSC clearance from BCA and FSSD respectively
